Most people who search for ScoreApp alternatives have hit the same wall: ScoreApp prices every plan by monthly responses. Starter includes 100 a month, Business 1,000 and Pro 3,000, and a custom domain only arrives on Business at $99 a month. A scorecard that starts working pushes you up a tier.

The first page of Google for this search is almost all vendor blogs ranking themselves first (Perspective, involve.me, Jotform, Pointerpro, RightMessage), plus Reddit threads from people building their own replacements. This comparison puts six alternatives next to ScoreApp on one number: what you pay for 1,000 responses a month.

Some of the services we link to are partners who may pay us when you sign up through them. This doesn't change which ones we recommend. How this works.

The short version: if your problem with ScoreApp is the response cap, involve.me is the alternative to look at first, because its pricing page caps live funnels and AI credits but publishes no monthly response limit on paid plans. If you want the cheapest paid route to 1,000 responses, Outgrow Freelancer Pro and Jotform Bronze both get there for under $40 a month. If you want free, Tally has no published form or submission caps on its free plan. And if you’re thinking of Typeform as the cheaper option, it isn’t: its Basic plan caps you at the same 100 responses a month as ScoreApp Starter.

Two things on that page matter for anyone thinking of leaving. First, using your own domain is listed as a Business feature, so a Starter scorecard runs on ScoreApp’s address. Second, the pricing page doesn’t say what happens when you go past your monthly response allowance. Typeform, for comparison, documents that a form goes private once you reach 100% of your monthly responses and reopens next month or when you upgrade. If you’re on ScoreApp and planning a launch or an ad push, ask support before it happens rather than after.

The table answers the question most people actually have. At 1,000 responses a month, ScoreApp Business ($99 monthly, $75 annually) costs more than every alternative here on both monthly and annual billing, and more than double Jotform Bronze or Outgrow Freelancer Pro on annual billing. What you get for that premium is the scorecard format itself, covered below.

involve.me: Caps Funnels, Not Responses

involve.me’s paid plans are Start ($49 monthly or $29 a month annually, 3 live funnels, 1 user), Grow ($99 or $69, 5 funnels, 2 users) and Scale ($199 or $139, 25 funnels, 5 users). The limits it publishes are the number of live funnels and monthly AI credits. Its plan table lists response data retention as unlimited on Start and Grow, and it doesn’t list a monthly submission or lead cap for paid plans.

That makes it the closest thing to a direct fix for ScoreApp’s main complaint. If one scorecard is your whole lead pipeline, a busy month doesn’t change your bill. It also does the things ScoreApp users rely on: outcome pages based on answers, lead scoring, and email follow-up.

The catches are on the lower tiers. Start doesn’t remove involve.me branding or allow a custom domain; both arrive with Grow at $69 a month annually. And the free plan is stricter than it looks: past 50 submissions or 500 visits in a month, your funnels lock until the next calendar month.

Interact: The Closest Match for Simple Lead Quizzes

Interact is a quiz-first tool aimed at creators and small businesses. Lite costs $39 monthly or $27 a month annually and includes 500 email leads a month and 5 quizzes, but it keeps Interact branding on your quizzes. Growth ($89 monthly, $53 annually) raises that to 2,000 leads and 20 quizzes and is fully white-labeled. Pro ($209 monthly) reaches 8,000 leads.

For a personality-style or “which option fits you” quiz that feeds an email list, Interact Growth gives you twice ScoreApp Business’s monthly allowance for less money on annual billing. It’s weaker if what you need is ScoreApp’s scorecard style, with a numeric score and a personalized report.

Outgrow: Cheapest Paid Route to 1,000 Leads, With Strings

Outgrow’s Freelancer Pro plan costs $45 monthly or $25 a month annually and includes 1,000 leads a month, the lowest annual price in this comparison for that volume. Outgrow’s FAQ says it doesn’t charge per lead; when you max out, you upgrade or request a lead add-on.

Two strings come with the low price. Freelancer plans don’t remove Outgrow branding. Outgrow lists branding removal on Business ($720 monthly, $600 annually), and on Essentials ($115 monthly, $95 annually, 7,500 leads) only through its small-business incentive. And the Freelancer tiers limit which of Outgrow’s content types you can use, so check that the quiz or assessment format you want is included on the plan you pick. Outgrow’s real strength is breadth: calculators, chatbots, polls and recommendation quizzes on one account.

Jotform: A Form Builder That Can Score

Jotform isn’t a scorecard tool, but it can do the job if you’re willing to build it. Bronze costs $39 monthly or $34 a month annually and includes 25 active forms and 1,000 submissions a month, and branding can be removed from Bronze up. Silver ($49 or $39) raises submissions to 2,500, and Gold ($129 or $99) to 10,000. The free Starter plan allows 5 forms and 100 submissions a month.

It’s the cheapest way here to get 1,000 monthly submissions without third-party branding. What you give up is polish: there’s no ScoreApp-style landing page and dynamic report out of the box, so expect to spend setup time on conditional logic and result pages.

Typeform: Not the Cheaper Option It Looks Like

Typeform is often suggested as a ScoreApp alternative, but it doesn’t solve the response-cap problem. Basic ($39 monthly, $28 annually) includes 100 responses a month, the same as ScoreApp Starter, and branding removal only starts on Plus. Plus ($79 or $56) includes 1,000 responses and removes branding; Business ($129 or $91) includes 10,000.

At 1,000 responses, Typeform Plus is cheaper than ScoreApp Business but more expensive than involve.me, Jotform or Outgrow. Choose it for the form experience, not to save money. Its help center is also clear about what happens at the cap: the form goes private until the next month or until you upgrade.

Tally: The Free Option

Tally’s free plan lists unlimited forms and submissions, within its fair use guidelines, and includes conditional logic, calculations and redirect on completion. Calculations are enough to add up answer points into a score and send people to a different page based on the total. Pro costs $24 a month and removes Tally branding.

For someone searching “free ScoreApp alternative,” this is the honest answer. Tally won’t build you a scorecard landing page or a PDF report, and you’ll be wiring up the scoring yourself, but there is no monthly allowance to outgrow.

When You Should Stay on ScoreApp

Leaving isn’t always the right call. ScoreApp is built around one format, the scorecard: a quiz that produces a numeric score, a personalized results page and, from Business up, a dynamic PDF report, with AI-built landing pages included on every paid plan. Business also adds abandon emails, Google Analytics and Facebook pixel tracking, and your own domain. If your offer depends on that “get your score” experience, rebuilding it in Jotform or Tally will cost hours that may be worth more than the price difference.

Who shouldn’t switch: anyone whose scorecard runs comfortably inside their current tier. If you’re on Starter and getting 60 responses a month, the cap isn’t costing you anything, and moving tools resets your templates and integrations for no saving. Switch when you can see the next tier coming, not before.

FAQ

What is the best ScoreApp alternative? It depends on why you’re leaving. For no published response cap, involve.me. For the lowest paid price at 1,000 leads a month, Outgrow Freelancer Pro or Jotform Bronze. For a simple lead quiz with more volume per dollar, Interact Growth. For free, Tally.

Is there a free alternative to ScoreApp? Yes. Tally’s free plan lists unlimited forms and submissions within fair use and includes calculations for scoring. ScoreApp’s own free plan allows 1 live scorecard and 10 responses a month; Interact, Jotform and Outgrow have free plans capped at 100 completions, submissions or leads a month; involve.me’s free plan locks funnels after 50 submissions or 500 visits a month.

How much does ScoreApp cost per month? Starter is $39 a month ($30 billed annually) for 100 responses, Business is $99 ($75 annually) for 1,000 responses, Pro is $149 ($112 annually) for 3,000, and Enterprise starts at $799 a month, as of October 18, 2026.

Is Typeform cheaper than ScoreApp? At the entry level, no. Both entry plans include 100 responses a month for $39 billed monthly. At 1,000 responses, Typeform Plus ($56 a month annually) is cheaper than ScoreApp Business ($75 annually).

Which ScoreApp alternative has no response limit? Among paid plans, involve.me is the one whose pricing page publishes no monthly response or lead cap; it limits live funnels and AI credits instead. Tally’s free plan also lists no submission cap, subject to fair use.

Bottom Line

ScoreApp is good at one thing, the scorecard, and charges for it by the response. If that format is central to your business and you’re inside your tier, stay. If your bill is climbing because the scorecard works, involve.me removes the response meter altogether, and Outgrow, Jotform and Interact all reach 1,000 monthly leads for less than ScoreApp Business.
